Context and constraints

The Planetary Compendium presents case studies on planetary governance. I worked from the designers' Figma files. The chapter had to be ready for the public launch and for an exhibition in Zürich in November 2025. [needs: other constraints, for example performance, accessibility or exhibition hardware]

What I built

  • The North Sea scrollytelling chapter, from the designers' Figma files
  • The map visualisations in the chapter
  • [needs confirmation: the draggable document archive for the Hindu Kush chapter]
  • [needs confirmation before keeping: reduced-motion support, stable rendering during live group sessions]

Outcome

  • The Planetary Compendium received an Honorary Mention in Digital Humanity at Prix Ars Electronica 2026 (team project).
  • Shown at an exhibition in Zürich, November 2025.

Media

[needs: screen recording of the chapter scroll; confirmation whether the chapter has audio]

[needs: screenshot of the immersive part of the chapter and its case page]

[needs: 3 to 5 more stills, compressed]

[needs clip]
